DLE today. Lecture was kinda boringggg. Felt like an architect throughout the entire lesson. Gotta do floor plan for one of the assignments given. Stayed back after lecture awhile to discuss Science.

And I saw Teacher Alice & Teacher Cherry- the K1 & K2 teachers respectively from my childcare centre. It was like totally unexpected that we're all from the same school. Teacher Cherry gave me a huge WAVE & Teacher ALice was like 'oh hi' with ther usual 'hack care' attitute. Thats her style luh. Kinda unfriendly though. =/

Wanted to go Daiso with Sheryl but it was too late and we're all super worn out. So the idea was scraped. May be going there tmr if Sher dont wanna go to work. I certainly do hope she'll accompany me though I just went there last night.

YESTERDAY-
My second last Practicum of the year.

Teacher HuiYun conducted her L.Arts storytelling to the usual 6 kids.
'The Little Red Hen'. Ever heard of that story? If not, then you've seriously got a deprived childhood. Oh and I detest people who give the 'I hate cartoon' and 'Kids are noisy and meddlesome creatures' attitute. You guys grow up watching cartoons and HAD been that NOISY AND MEDDLESOME before. So stop giving me that fcuked-up attitute.

Well, back to the session. The kids really enjoyed my story which I'm really pleased to see. Little Ignatius was observing even the smallest detail of the book luh. 'Is that bubbles? Why are there so many of them?' he went pointing. Its actually the steam of the bread that was taken out from the oven, my dearest. {:

My mentor, Mdm Leong's gonna retire at the end of the year alrdy. Boy, I'll definitely miss her. She's been such a great & understanding mentor of mine. & I'm most probably not gonna be in the same centre for attachment next year alrdy. I'm gonna miss those kids badly. )):

Mdm Leong: You've been really hardworking and I enjoyed working with you.
HuiYun: Thanks, I enjoyed working with you too.
Mdm Leong: You're on of my best student teacher whom I've mentored.

At this point of time, I was like ERR. Are you kidding? BEST?! I guess there are many more students who are waaaay better than I am luh. Well, hope she'll have a good rest after retirement. Its not easy for a lady like her to run the whole centre especially when she's a Grandmother alrdy, I guess.

Went Plaza Sing. with Mummy in the evening.
Usual plan: To shop in Daiso for half an hour before going Orchard.
Changes: Shopped at Daiso for 2 whole hours instead before heading home!
Bought 52 bucks worth of things. Imagine that. Spent 52 bucks just on $2 stuff.
